The standard conference package includes

our welcome drink: coffee, tea and juice are available for you free of charge before your event!
A coffee break in the morning or afternoon with coffee, tea and a sweet or savory snack.
Lunch or dinner in our restaurant (depending on the number of participants, a cold and warm business buffet or a 3-course menu of your choice).
Two conference drinks per person in the room.
Seating in the conference room according to your specifications.
Professional conference equipment: projector, screen and pinboard/flipchart. We will be happy to organize additional conference equipment on request.

incl. room hire and event support: € 47.00

We are happy to offer you a 3-course dinner on request, or a buffet for groups of 35 or more. Price per person: € 32.00

Frequently asked questions about our conference packages

Is there a minimum number of participants?

For our conference packages, we expect a minimum of 10 conference participants.

Why are there different conference packages?

Depending on the type and duration of your event, you will have different requirements for the day's programme. To ensure that you only book what you really need, we offer four different day packages.

Can I also book the event rooms without a conference package?

Yes, it is only possible to book via room hire.

Can I bring my own catering into the congress rooms?

No, food and drinks must be purchased from the hotel.
