Our 450 m² wellness area offers you many opportunities to regenerate after a strenuous day or to relax extensively during your holiday in Essen. As a hotel guest, you can use the wellness centre free of charge:

Sauna and relaxation

After a few sauna sessions, let a gentle “tropical rain” patter on your skin under the shower. Treat yourself to a few minutes of relaxation on a lounger in the adjoining relaxation room. Finish off with a breath of fresh air in the adjoining outdoor area or on our summer sunbathing lawn – wellness for body and soul.

Air-conditioned fitness room

No matter what your sporting ambitions are, ambitious professionals and occasional sportspeople alike will get their money’s worth at Hotel Bredeney. With us, everyone can design their own individual fitness programme. In addition to a treadmill, stepper and ergometer, we offer two state-of-the-art kinesis walls with video explanations in our air-conditioned fitness room.
