RECEPTIONIST (M/W/D)

TASKS

The focus is on the professional care of our hotel guests – from the warm welcome at check-in to saying goodbye. You will also take care of the following:

Looking after our guests incl. check-in and check-out
Checking and processing reservations, overbookings and options
Accounting incl. administration of cost transfers as well as cash management and accounting
Organisational and administrative tasks in both the front and back office areas (e.g. managing non-arrivals, answering emails)

TASKS

Whether by phone or email – the reservations team is usually the first contact our guests have with our hotel. And first impressions count. That’s why friendliness, sales talent and diligence are very important to impress our guests.

Acceptance and processing of bookings by e-mail or telephone
Checking and processing reservations, overbookings and options
Processing bookings in various booking portals and our Channel Manager (DIRS21)
Support for online booking portals
Creation, processing and filing of all reservation correspondence
Interdepartmental work

TRAINING AS A HOTEL SPECIALIST (AB 01.08.2025)

TASKS

Is an exciting job with varied tasks important to you? With us, you can expect an exciting and comprehensive 3-year apprenticeship as a hotel specialist. You will familiarise yourself with all departments of a hotel with an international clientele.

You can expect varied tasks at an interesting place of work:

Service: You make our guests’ breakfast an experience or serve soft drinks and cocktails in our hotel bar in a relaxed atmosphere.
Housekeeping: You make sure that our guests feel comfortable in clean rooms.
Reception: You give our guests a warm welcome and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Check-In.
Kitchen: You will learn how to prepare simple dishes, taking into account nutritional forms, economy and sustainability.
Administration: You will gain insights into the areas of reservations, marketing, revenue and channel management.

It is important to us: You will receive a comprehensive induction in each area. You will then quickly take on responsibility thanks to our flat team structures. You will regularly attend vocational school and interact with other trainees there.
